Hello, my name is Paul Kershaw and I am from Widnes, Cheshire, England. The purpose of this site is mainly for friends and family, many of which have left their (my) home town of Widnes but still want to connect with home. I have also been helping to format a Family Tree, together with other relatives and as I am always being asked for details, I thought I should publish some of the material on the web. So unless you are friend or family, I am sure you will find it all a bit boring Anyway, if you have got this far, let me tell you a couple of things about myself. I was born in Widnes in 1948, I am married and have two children. I attended SS Fisher & More Secondary School before training as an Electrical Engineer, Initially with Speeds (Widnes) Ltd. I was Managing Director at both Nelson Group Services (Electrical) Ltd. and at Banson Electric Co. Ltd. I was also a Director at Peakway Holdings Ltd. I also spent a couple of years as a director at David Webster (Electrical), which was the worst time of my career. I retired at the age of 61 Interests are Photography, Painting, Walking, Chocolate (I am an ex-member of the Chocolate Tasting Club) & Gardening I have listed some of my favourite web sites which reflect my interests. I have also published some general photographs that I have taken over the years.
